Mr. Gaudio regularly handles matters related to online brand protection, and manages GBC’s high volume website take down enforcement program which has resulted in over 20,000 website takedowns since 2008.  He has represented clients in numerous trademark infringement and Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) litigation in U.S. Federal Courts that have resulted in multimillion dollar judgments, including a $686 million dollars in damages against 3,000 websites selling counterfeit UGG® products.  Kevin Guynn and Amy Zeigler of GBC also represented Deckers Outdoor Corporation for in this action.
